Yes. Tasks and expenses link to a property. Multi-property landlords can run one file across the portfolio; the dashboard aggregates.
Can I email my plumber?+
URL field stores the manage-link. The notes textarea is for phone numbers, postcodes, fixed-rate pricing. Manual but durable.
Where is my data stored?+
Locally, in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to OneFileClub or anyone else — there is no account, no cloud sync, no analytics.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. Once your personalised copy loads the first time, the entire tracker runs from a single HTML file. Airplane mode is fine.
What does 'personalised copy' mean?+
