What does 'one-file' actually mean?+
Each tool is a single HTML file. The whole app — markup, styles, code — lives in one file that runs in your browser. No installer, no server round-trips, no dependencies you need to keep alive.
Where is my data stored?+
Locally, in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us. You can export to CSV any time, and you can move the file (and its data, on the same device) wherever you want.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. Once the page loads, you can disconnect and keep using it. Most tools also install as a Progressive Web App on iOS, Android, and desktop.
What is a 'personalised copy'?+
After you buy, we stamp a private copy of the tool with your licence and deploy it to a unique URL. We email that URL to you — bookmark it, install it, save it.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually under a minute after payment confirms. If anything goes wrong, our system retries automatically and we'll email you when it's ready.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our refund policy for details.
Are there subscriptions or upgrades?+
No. One price, one purchase, yours forever. We will never charge you again for a tool you've already bought.
What currency will I be charged in?+
We support 10 currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, SGD, INR, CHF). We auto-detect your country, and you can switch from the picker in the header at any time.
