Refund policy

We want you to feel good about every OneFileClub purchase. If a tool isn't what you hoped, we'll refund you.

14-day refunds, no questions asked

Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@onefileclub.com with your order ID and we'll process a full refund. We'll also disable the personalised URL we created for you.

How long it takes

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What we don't refund

After 14 days, we generally can't refund — the tool you bought is yours and runs locally, so there's no ongoing service to cancel. If you're outside the window but something is genuinely wrong, get in touch and we'll figure it out.
