Terms of service

By using OneFileClub or buying a tool from us, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short, plain, and reasonable.

What you're buying

A perpetual licence to use a personalised copy of a single-file tool we deploy to a unique URL for you. The licence is for personal use; you may install it on your own devices and back it up. You may not resell or redistribute the tool.

Availability

We host your personalised copy on our infrastructure for as long as we run OneFileClub. Because the tool runs locally in your browser, you can also save the HTML file and continue to use it independently of us.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe in your selected currency. Prices include any applicable taxes where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, abuse, or interfere with our systems or other people's copies. Don't use the tools for unlawful purposes.

Liability

OneFileClub tools are provided as-is. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated date.
